Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Beauty Secret, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

All products sold on Beauty Secret are non-returnable.

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or delivered skincare and cosmetic products.

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it falls under the conditions mentioned below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you receive:
A damaged product
A leaking product
A defective product
A wrong product different from what you ordered

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Required Proof

  • Parcel opening video (unboxing video)
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Order number

The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

3. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears:

  • Torn
  • Opened
  • Crushed
  • Wet
  • Heavily damaged

Please do not accept the delivery.

Inform the delivery agent immediately and contact our support team with photographs of the package.

Beauty Secret shall not be responsible for transit damage if the customer accepts a visibly damaged package.

4. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be approved only if:

  • The product was received damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is manufacturing defective.
  • Required proof is submitted within 24 hours.

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer changes mind after purchase.
  • Product does not suit skin type.
  • Customer dislikes fragrance, texture, or packaging.
  • Minor packaging variations.
  • Product ordered by mistake.
  • Delay caused by courier partners.
  • Customer unavailable for delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Product used, opened, or partially consumed.
  • Claims raised without unboxing video.

6. Skin Reactions & Allergies

Our products are formulated using cosmetic-grade ingredients. However, individual skin responses may vary.

  • Allergic reactions
  • Skin sensitivity
  • Irritation due to personal skin conditions
  • Improper usage of products

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before use.

No refund or replacement will be issued for individual skin reactions.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in future COD restrictions.
Repeated fake or rejected orders may lead to account blacklisting.
